What is a cookie?

En CONTROLTECNICA cumplimos con lo dispuesto en la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico, norma que ha recogido la transposición de la Directiva 2009/136/CE, conocida como “Ley de Cookies”.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the computer, tablet, mobile telephone or ultimately, on the device that is used to surf the internet, and it can save information relative to the frequency with which webpages are visited, browsing preferences, interesting information for you, usernames, products registration, etc. Depending on the information that it contains and the way the equipment is used, it can be used to recognise the user.
