Quality and Environmental Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards
The management of CONTROLTECNICA, aware of its commitment to its customers in the sales and distribution sector, has established a Quality and Environmental Management System within its organisation based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.
This Policy is available to the public and provides the framework for establishing and reviewing the following commitments:
- Ensure that the activities of the services provided are safe, reliable and comply with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as other requirements to which they subscribe.
- Establish a firm commitment to pollution prevention.
- Provide a service that meets the requirements and expectations of its customers and continuously improves.
- Train, involve, motivate and commit staff in order to facilitate their participation in the development and implementation of the Quality and Environmental Management System, which will provide highly qualified personnel to carry out the activities included in the System.
- Maintain permanent contact with customers and suppliers in order to collaborate jointly in improving the service, from both a quality and environmental point of view.
- Adopt actions to continuously improve the effectiveness of the system and quality deviations, in accordance with the real possibilities of the company.
The management of CONTROLTECNICA provides the necessary resources to achieve the proposed objectives, paying special attention to involving and motivating each and every member of the organisation, with the aim of:
- Ensure safety in all work processes, as well as the health of workers.
- Raise environmental awareness among workers.
