Policy<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Quality and Environmental Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The management of <b>CONTROLTECNICA<\/b>, aware of its commitment to its customers in the sales and distribution sector, has established a Quality and Environmental Management System within its organisation based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.<\/p>\n<p>This Policy is available to the public and provides the framework for establishing and reviewing the following commitments:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode-wrapper uncode-list\" >\n<ul class=\"icons\">\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-play text-color-vyce-color\"><\/i>Ensure that the activities of the services provided are safe, reliable and comply with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as other requirements to which they subscribe.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-play text-color-vyce-color\"><\/i>Establish a firm commitment to pollution prevention.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-play text-color-vyce-color\"><\/i>Provide a service that meets the requirements and expectations of its customers and continuously improves.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-play text-color-vyce-color\"><\/i>Train, involve, motivate and commit staff in order to facilitate their participation in the development and implementation of the Quality and Environmental Management System, which will provide highly qualified personnel to carry out the activities included in the System.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-play text-color-vyce-color\"><\/i>Maintain permanent contact with customers and suppliers in order to collaborate jointly in improving the service, from both a quality and environmental point of view.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-play text-color-vyce-color\"><\/i>Adopt actions to continuously improve the effectiveness of the system and quality deviations, in accordance with the real possibilities of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column text-justify\" ><p>The management of <b>CONTROLTECNICA<\/b> provides the necessary resources to achieve the proposed objectives, paying special attention to involving and motivating each and every member of the organisation, with the aim of:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode-wrapper uncode-list\" >\n<ul
